Hello
Hello Crafters,
Wow it has been a long time since being on the blog. Life has just been so busy but I am hoping to get back to it regular again. I wanted to do the Challenge over at: http://classycardsnsuch.blogspot.com/2014/09/ccns-challenge-49-stripes-dots-chevrons.html-stripes-dots-chevrons.html. The whole idea of all the different dot, stripes, Chevrons was very interesting. I wanted to see what I could do with all three. This is very simple but I thought it turned out really cute. Hope you like.

I really loved the bright colors I found and the wonderful products I found at Classy Cards N Such.
First I found the Green and white, and Chevron card stock in the bits and pieces stash so I can't really say
where it came from. I then cut the center doily from Spellbinders - HCD 717 in Blue to match the Chevron Blue. Added a bit of lace across the center, added a very distressed circle of yellow to match the yellow in the Chevron and striped ribbon. Cut the corners form Cheery Lynn B165 red to match the red in the Chevron. Used a Chip board sentiment for Graphic 45. I used glossy accents on the white dots for shine.
Kaiser round bling in centers of flowers.
Products:
Graphic 45 "Secret Garden"
Spellbinders - Layered scolloped posy die HCD717
Cheery Lynn - Lace corner deco E B 165
Paper, lace and ribbon from stash
Glossy accents
Tar-rif-fic Tape
Glossy Accents
Pop Dots
Tattered Angles Summer glow mist

Monday Sept 19th
Good Wet Morning,
I can't believe I have not posted in so long, but I am so excited today - I was at Joans Gardens yesterday
and it was a beautiful day - oh it was raining off and on but when you are there everything is so up beat and exciting you don't even notice bad weather. Anyway of course I purchased more than I needed but I love every product so much and I plan to start getting more posted. My goal is tomorrow to post a new card for you to see, the products I have purchased and what you can do. Have a wonderful day and happy crafting.
